Hi and thank you for taking a look at this page. We hope you read something here below that inspires you to greater faith, hope, and love-in-action as we soon hope to launch a new music ministry in the Findlay and northwest Ohio area. 

Vision 
With launching a new ministry/worship band here, the main idea is to plan high-quality events and perform local concerts and gatherings with a collection of cover songs and/or originals with a Biblical message of salvation and holiness. The style will be contemporary pop/rock. 

Mission
The first aim is to offer Christian and non-Christians from varying backgrounds and churches an experience of music, worship, prayer and simple teaching to initiate and revive a deeper relationship with God. This is about seeking the lost and discipling believers who will disciple other believers. 

Objectives
First, we will assemble a solid, cohesive team with the right musicians and support staff. Then, we prepare for the ministry, promote the ministry, build up the ministry and launch in late 2013.

Musicians Needed
Available positions may include vocals, guitars, bass, keys, drums, song-writing, and more.  Auditions will be scheduled after passing initial interviews. This is not a paid position. We are looking for bandmates who are male age 21-39 in the Findlay, OH area, who meet the below qualifications. 

Qualifications include  1) commitment and seeking to "walk by the Spirit" and have evidence "fruit of the Spirit" as described in Galatians 5:13-26, 2) a heart and desire for salvation and holiness in this generation, 3) love for contemporary revival music such as Passion Worship, Hillsong United, etc., 4) ability to perform well in assigned roles and 5) have the level of commitment and responsibility that is necessary to meet deadlines and agreements, 6) active church attendance and participation. 

Support Staff Needed
Available volunteer positions include promotional marketing, photography, audio engineering, graphic and web design, video, lighting, event planning, accounting, etc. Those with specific skills and experience will be considered, men or women. 

Songs
We will cover several songs from a variety of contemporary musicians and bands. A song list is under development.

If you would like to be part of the team please reply to the ad via email. Soon, we will be looking for your name, age, city, email address, favorite worship artists/bands, musical experience, available equipment, general availability, recent personal pic, a brief testimony of salvation & personal discipleship, church name, any samples if available. A personal link to Twitter or Facebook is helpful, but not mandatory.
